I am in network with Emblem, Optimum, Medicare, HIP Value Options, UBH, United Health Care, AETNA, Multi-Plan, Empire, Guardian, GHI, Health Net, MHN, Oxford, TRI-CARE, Vytra, APS and out-of-network providers.
