I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified in EMDR and substance abuse.  I obtained my graduate degree from Stony Brook University in 1997 and have been in practice for twelve years.

As a caring and sensitive therapist, I am here to help you with your needs and problems. I am easy to talk to and a very good listener. I will interact with you verbally and provide you with feedback. We, as client and therapist, will work together as a team to achieve your goals in life in a comfortable, serene and non-threatening atmosphere.  We proceed and progress at your pace and at your comfort level.

I am an eclectic/diverse therapist utilizing cognitive therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), ego state therapy, thought field therapy (energy psychology), meditation and a variety of other methodologies.  We will utilize whatever approach I professionally feel will be most effective and in your best interest.

I am a provider for the Department of Motor Vehicles, DDP,  OASAS and I am in-network for many insurance companies.
